Carolina Castro – Mortgage Loan Officer

With over 18 years of experience in mortgage and retail banking and more than eight with us at Premier Members Credit Union, Carolina Castro knows that the best way to make a positive impact with our members. Carolina’s priority is to get to know them, understand their needs and then come up with the appropriate solution. Through researching and extended education, she stays in front of market trends and relays that information to the community through financial literacy classes, first-time home buyer’s classes and excellent service to our Spanish-speaking members. Carolina wants to make a difference in your life.

Natalie O’Malley – Mortgage Loan Officer

Harnessing her 11 years of experience in the mortgage industry as an originator, processor, and compliance coordinator, Natalie O’Malley understands the industry far beyond the role she plays in helping homebuyers get and keep the homes of their dreams. She starts by knowing all the right questions to ask and prides herself on getting the details right the first time for a seamless partnership with her clients and real estate agents. Natalie values constant communication through the process to keep everyone in the loop and to ensure questions are answered and concerns are addressed promptly. Natalie started out in the San Francisco Bay area before settling in the Colorado Front Range with her dog Joey.

Anthony brings over 20+ years of mortgage experience to Premier Members Credit Union. He is very dedicated and determined to help his clients achieve their home ownership and financial goals. Anthony considers himself an ambitious worker by staying on top of every detail to make all the difference in the world for his clients. Originally from Southeast Asia and a seasoned traveler, he truly enjoys bringing a welcoming worldview to his work.

Frank Zoldak – Mortgage Loan Officer

Frank brings over 22 years to Premier Members Credit Union. He has worked in mortgage banking roles led mortgage sales, processing, and underwriting teams. He is truly passionate about his profession, and the result is that nearly 100% of his business is by referral from satisfied clients, trusted financial advisors and some fantastic Realtors. His mission is to carefully guide clients through the entire home loan process, so that they feel confident as they make choices about the many options available for their financing strategy. With many years and a wide range of experience in the industry, he is stand ready to assist clients each step of the way. Robin brings over 25 years of customer service experience to PMCU – the last 4 being in the mortgage industry. She is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
