Giveaway Disclosure
Sponsor: Meritrust Credit Union (“Sponsor”) is the sponsor of this giveaway. Business address: 360 Interlocken Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80021.
Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officials, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and household members, whether related or not, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: Like and comment on the designated giveaway post by December 29, 2025, no later than 10am MT. One entry per person, plus an additional entry if the post is shared. No purchase necessary.
Prize: Two tickets to the Colorado State vs. Nevada game on December 30, 2025. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection & Notification: Three winners will be selected at random on December 29, 2025, no later than 11am MT and notified via direct message. Failure to respond within 4 hours may result in forfeiture.
Liability/General Conditions: The Credit Union is not responsible for any loss that may occur in connection with the sweepstakes. Entrants agree to hold the Credit Union and each of its officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, and agents harmless from any liability arising from the participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. The Credit Union and each of its officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of the entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with, acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of prizes awarded or participation in the sweepstakes. The Credit Union is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the sweepstakes. The prize cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the winner. The Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Eligibility requirements or who make any misrepresentations relative to the sweepstakes and redemption of the prizes.
Publicity Authorization: The Winners, by acceptance of the Prize, grants to the Credit Union, the right to publicize the Winners’ names, photographs, voices, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade, and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and shall be held in Boulder, Colorado; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., cost associated with entering this sweepstakes), and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Credit Union in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to choice of law rules.
Taxes: Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
