Official Contest Rules

Boulder International Film Festival– Enter to Win- Thursday, April 9 – Sunday, April 12, 2026.

Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for give-a-way drawing or parent or legal guardian may claim prize if under 18 years of age. The contest will take place beginning at 12:01 a.m. MDT on Thursday, April 9, 2026 and ending at 11:59 p.m. MDT on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at multiple festival locations in participation with the Boulder International Film Festival and on Facebook and Instagram. Winner must be able to pick up the prize in person at a Meritrust branch located in Colorado. No purchase necessary. Membership is not required to participate. Void were prohibited by law. Registration is to be made by scanning the applicable Enter to Win QR code or clicking the applicable hyperlink with your mobile device and entering your name, phone number and email address.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these official rules. Limit one entry per eligible person. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible or incomplete. Entries must be received by Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Open to all U.S. residents. All entries become the property of Meritrust Credit Union and will not be returned. Incomplete registration forms will be voided. No manual photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Meritrust Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, mis-delivered or incomplete entries. Winner is randomly chosen, and odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. A purchase or being a member of Meritrust Credit Union does not increase your odds of winning. Employees of Meritrust Credit Union, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win the prize.

The winner will be contacted by Meritrust Credit Union on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, using the contact information provided in the registration form. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within two weeks of receiving the notification. A Meritrust representative will work with the winner to choose a convenient Meritrust Colorado branch and date and time to pick up the prize. If the prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be chosen.

The credit union will be awarding one individual winner the following prize: one prize basket including a curated selection of artisanal products from Boulder area merchants, plus one gift card to the St Julien Hotel & Spa located at 900 Walnut St, Boulder, CO 80302, actual value of $1,000.

By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.

Prize winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, shipping costs, and any other assessments associated with the prize. In accordance with IRS regulations, prizes valued at $600 or more must be reported using Form 1099-MISC, and winners must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 including their legal name, mailing address, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). No cash or other consideration will be paid. All winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives, and individuals who use any prize awarded by Meritrust—and such persons’ heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators—release and hold harmless Meritrust Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, causes of action, and damages, whether now or in the future, arising from the use of any prize, including personal injury or death.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The selection of a prize winner is final.
