Member Appreciation Day Giveaway – Tuesday, December 9, 2025, and Thursday, December 11, 2025. Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for give-a-way drawing or parent or legal guardian may claim prize if under 18 years of age. Contest will take place on December 9, 2025, for Manhattan, Prairie Village, Wichita State, Cross Pointe, Andover, Webb and Derby branches in Kansas and for Estes Park, Longmont Main St, Longmont Airport Rd, Firestone, Boulder Gunbarrel, Boulder Arapahoe Rd, Erie, Louisville, Broomfield Interlocken branches in Colorado. Contest will take place on December 11, 2025, for Lawrence, Plant II, Oliver, Pawnee, Maple, Tyler and Lakeside branches in Kansas and for Thornton, Westminster 120th Ave, Westminster 104th Ave, Westminster Federal Blvd, Arvada Howell St, Arvada 52nd Ave, Centennial, Castle Rock, Pueblo branches in Colorado. No purchase necessary. Membership is not required to participate. Registration may be made by completing a registration form either by scanning the applicable QR code with your mobile phone or tablet and entering your name, phone number, email, preferred mailing address, and branch location OR in person, by completing an entry form which includes entering your name, phone number, email, preferred mailing address. By entering, you agree to be bound by these official rules. Limit one entry per eligible person. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible or incomplete. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., December 9, or 11:59 p.m., December 11, for the applicable branch contest. Void where prohibited by law. Open to all U.S. residents. All entries become the property of Meritrust and will not be returned. Winner is randomly chosen, and odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. A purchase or being a member of Meritrust Credit Union does not increase your odds of winning. Employees of Meritrust, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Winner will be notified by Meritrust on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. for the December 9 contest, Friday, December 12, 2025, for the December 11 contest. Winner must respond to Meritrust notification within two weeks of drawing to be eligible to receive prize If any prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be chosen. The credit union will award twelve (12) ticket packages (one per Wichita branch location) each package containing two (2) tickets to Illuminations at Botanica, 701 Amidon St., Wichita, KS 67203. The individual ticket package has an actual cash value of $40.85. For Colorado branches, eighteen (18) VISA gift cards will be awarded, one (1) winner per branch. The Lawrence branch prize will be one $50 VISA gift card. The Manhattan branch prize will be a $50 VISA gift card. Online prize will be a $50 VISA gift card. Prizes may be collected in person except for the online drawing. No manual, photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Meritrust is not responsible for lost, late, mis-delivered or incomplete entries. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes, shipping costs, or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid. All winners, members of any winners household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by Meritrust, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt Meritrust and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, chooses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among the eligible entrants received. The selection of a prize winner hereunder will be final.
